SPAC pay our respects to all the people who are making their efforts for the recovery from the East Japan Earthquake.
This time, SPAC will hold a forum on “Application using Quasi-Zenith Satellite system and International Contribution”.
Goverment of Japan has apporoved the basic policy on the implementation of the operational QZSS project at the cabinet meeting on September 30, 2011. GOI has decided to accelerate the deployment of the operational QZSS as expeditiously as possible, to establish four satellites constellation by the late 2010s and to complete seven satellites consterllation to enable sustainable positioning in the future.
SPAC is currently engaged in activities such as promoting the vitalization and commercialization of business activities related to satellite positioning and geospatial information, as well as actively compiling the opinions and suggestions of the industrial and economic sectors. We will sponsor this forum as a means to move towards the realization of a society with widespread usage of geospatial information and to create new business opportunities in the satellite-positioning field.
Moreover, we feel that this forum will provide an important opportunity for wide-ranging and extensive information sharing by enabling dialogue between the various representatives from agencies and organizations, related to satellite positioning and geospatial information, regarding the status of their activities.It is our sincerest hope that you will actively participate and benefit from this forum.

SPAC express deep condolence for the people suffered by the East Japan great disaster. SPAC pay our respects to all the people who are making their efforts for the recovery from the East Japan Earthquake.
This time, SPAC will hold a symposium on “application demonstration using Quasi-Zenith Satellite”.
The Japanese government announced on this September 30 that they decided to carry out a plan to deploy the 4 QZS including MICHIBIKI by late 2010s and would set up a total of 7 QZS in the future.SPAC is currently engaged in
activities such as promoting the vitalization and commercialization of business activities related to satellite positioning and geospatial information that utilizes satellite positioning, as well as actively compiling the opinions
and suggestions of the industrial and economic sectors regarding satellite positioning.
We are once again sponsoring this symposium as a means to move towards the realization of a society with widespread usage of geospatial information and to create new business opportunities in the satellite-positioning field.
Moreover, we feel that this symposium provides an important opportunity for wide-ranging and extensive information sharing by enabling dialogue between the various representatives from agencies and organizations, related to
